ARIELLE ANDERSON
Global Community Head, Business School
A Harvard Business School alumna, Arielle is a dedicated leader with deep expertise in digital health and health equity. She previously served as Director of Commercial Strategy at Teladoc and is now the Chief of Staff to the CEO at Mae, a platform focused on improving pregnancy and postpartum care for Black women.
Arielle’s passion for uplifting historically marginalized communities drives her work as the Global Community Head of Rat Gorls' Business School community, where she leads efforts to empower a global community of women pursuing business education and careers.
Sally Ivester
Global Community Head, Career Development
Sally Ivester, Chief of Staff to the VP of Marketing Operations at Google, is a seasoned leader with over a decade of experience in Big Tech. She has worked across various products and teams, including Ads, Google+, Hardware, and Marketing Operations.
Sally’s passion for growing the next generation of Tech Executives fuels her work as the Global Community Head of Career Development at Rat Gorls, where she focuses on equipping college students and recent grads with clear, proven strategies to fast-track their careers.
Anjali Mehta
Global Community Head, Law - Human Rights
Anjali Mehta is a human rights and law of war lawyer, TEDx speaker, and Co-Founder of "What is the Power of We?," a nonprofit combating gender-based violence. As a member of the Executive Committee for the Lieber Society on the Law of Armed Conflict, she also works on other global initiatives to promote justice and equality.
Anjali continues to channel her expertise and passion towards empowering and protecting global communities in the Rat Gorls Think Tank, where she actively supports lawyers, as well as prospective and current law students; and encourages the Rat Gorls community to get involved in driving meaningful change .

Think Tank FAQs
The Think Tank Program is open to women who are passionate about driving change in their industries and communities. Whether you're an established leader or an emerging voice with a bold vision, if you're committed to uplifting women and closing gender gaps, this program is for you.
We understand that our thought leaders have busy schedules, so we offer flexible involvement opportunities tailored to your interests and availability. Typically, our thought leaders spend between 30 minutes to 1 hour per week on their varying Think Tank projects and initiatives.
Your main responsibilities will be determined by the tier you fall under:

To make it easier for our thought leaders to get involved with us, our program allows you to engage with us at varying levels based on your interests and availability.

Local Community Heads (LCHs) join us to create pathways, and have the ability to lead their local (city-based) community, host events, and collaborate on podcasts.

National Community Heads (NCHs) join us to create pathways, and collaborate on creating thought leadership media (podcasts, panel interviews, and talks) and hosting events (virtual and in-person).

Global Community Heads (GCHs) join us to create and pin pathways, facilitate collaborations between thought leaders, and work with our partners to bring the best media, events, products and more to their communities.

Yes! All of our thought leaders are compensated for their active participation and leadership in the Rat Gorls Universe. From discounts and perks to commissions on revenues earned through hosting event, building resources built, and collaborating on partner media opportunities, we ensure all of our thought leaders' contributions are recognized and fairly compensated.
Once you are selected for our program, you will receive an onboarding packet via email which gives detailed insights into the compensation structure, exclusive perks and benefits, tech onboarding information, and more!
As a thought leader in the Think Tank Program, you'll have access to a dedicated Slack channel for support and will be matched to a member from our Think Tank Program Management team for support.
Your dedicated Think Tank coordinator is ready to support you across each initiative; from building your pathways, to hosting events, developing resources for your community, and even planning, filming and editing podcast episodes, panel interviews, and talks. They will also work with you to collaborate with our partner ecosystem.
At this time, the Think Tank Program is only available to those who have received an early-access invitation from Rat Gorls. You can get an invite by clicking the pink "Join Think Tank" button above.
From here, you will receive an app sign-up link for our app via email. On the app, you'll be prompted to fill out an application form in which you can highlight your experience, vision, and why you're passionate about driving change with Rat Gorls. Our team will review your application and get back to you with next steps via email.
After you submit your application, our team will carefully review it. We may reach out for a brief interview or additional information to learn more about you, and to better understand your goals and how you align with our mission. Successful applicants will be notified via email and will receive a push notification in Rat Gorls that they now have access to the Think Tank app.
We select 10 thought leaders per community every 6 months. Each year, your candidacy will be reevaluated to ensure alignment with evolving community needs.
We believe in making this opportunity accessible to all passionate leaders, regardless of financial background. So, our program is free for our early-access and beta cohorts!
To get the most out of your Think Tank experience, we encourage you to actively create pathways, engage in discussions via Threads and/or answer community questions in the Q&A section of your Notifications, host events, create thought leadership media, attend exclusive D^3 events, and participate in collaborations with our partners in the D^3 Alliance.
Once you join on the Rat Gorls app, you'll receive weekly push notifications that will help you accelerate your journey of making a significant impact.
